韩正祥，博士，教授，博士生导师。1998年本科毕业于徐州医学院临床医学，2004年硕士毕业于徐州医学院肿瘤学，2014年博士毕业于南京医科大学。1998毕业至今，在徐医附院肿瘤科从事临床与教研工作。

主要研究方向：

（1）恶性肿瘤的个体化精准治疗、免疫治疗

肿瘤不是同一种疾病，同一部位癌症，不同患者驱动基因突变、拷贝数变异、蛋白表达存在巨大差异。通过检测找到肿瘤发生发展的“驱动靶点”，匹配对应药物；免疫治疗逻辑不是直接杀伤癌细胞，而是激活患者自身免疫系统，解除肿瘤对免疫的抑制，依靠自身免疫细胞杀灭肿瘤细胞。

（2）消化道治疗及罕见肿瘤的综合治疗。

消化道肿瘤容易出现梗阻、出血、进食差、营养不良。营养支持、止痛、对症处理，是综合治疗不可缺少部分；罕见肿瘤定发病率低，临床病例少，指南证据相对有限，包含部分消化道罕见肿瘤（如胃肠道间质瘤GIST、神经内分泌肿等），以及全身其他部位罕见恶性肿瘤的治疗。
