方琳,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,,江苏省“六大人才高峰”。2010年毕业于南京师范大学获细胞生物学博士学位,2014-2015年美国北卡罗来纳教堂山分校莱恩伯格肿瘤中心访问学者。

主要从事靶向性溶瘤腺病毒介导的肿瘤治疗相关研究,主持国家自然基金、江苏省自然基金、省高校重大项目、中国博士后科学基金等项目,发表SCI论文16篇,获徐州市科技进步一等奖。
